Hello to all this morning, or if it is afternoon or evening where you are..good afternoon or evening. Not much planned for today really other than getting my steps in. It is not very warm outside and is going to be colder in the coming days leading to Christmas..but no snow here of course..

Today I'm trying to tie up some loose ends. I have to call and order the food for Christmas and also call and wish my daughter in law a happy birthday. At some point I have to tidy up the dining room which has become the wrapping center for all the gifts.

I am staring at a rol of wrapping paper on the floor right now. Other than stocking presents though I have nothing else to wrap.

@snowy22315 I hate giving gift cards to my grandkds as it seems so impersonal but that's what they want. They year I put the gift cards in all different size boxes, wrapped them and put them under the tree. Each box has their name on it and I'm curious to see if any of them wrinkle their nose at the different size boxes.

@Marilynda1225 Well, if its what they want, then go with it I guess. Maybe you could put a personal touch in or on each box.

It is going to be cold here until Christmas,and then it rains and turns warm..Forecast is not very exciting I am afraid.

I have been checking to make sure we have everything for our Christmas Eve and Christmas Day meals. I think we do. Thank goodness.

I have everything but dessert. I had the strangest thing happen yesterday though I swear to God I saw chocolate cream rolls at Food Lion. I was picking up the turkey yesterday..no rolls..other than pumpkin I am 99 percent certain I saw them in there a week or so ago 
. I asked about it in the bakery and they said they never had chocolate?? Maybe I saw them in the one in town, but I don't think I was even in there in the last two weeks
