Oh great--roaches

I saw my downstairs neighbor as I was getting back here and she told me that the apartment next to her is beyond infested with roaches. I don't know much about the guy who lives there. I've seen a younger teen there occasionally and she told me that there is a woman who comes during the day and cooks up a storm. The problem is that they are apparently filthy and only take the garbage out once a week. One day someone was taking out the garbage and the bag burst. . . and there were maggots all over the stairs. Maggots? Seriously? How many flies do they have in there?
So according to my neighbor that apartment is absolutely infested but the people next to, below, and above it also have roaches. She is also next to him but said she hasn't seen anything. She told the management office that she has though so they will spray her apartment when the exterminators come. She said that I should do the same thing.
I haven't seen anything and with 3 cats in this apartment you'd think they would have noticed roaches if they were in here. For now I am just going to be vigilant. I would prefer not to have chemicals sprayed all over here if they aren't necessary. I don't even know what I'd have to do with the cats if they sprayed here.
So that's fun. Never a dull moment living in this place.

You'd have to move them from room to room to keep them from escaping. Having pets and chimicals isn't fun. I hated when they'd come and spray my apartments. Never really do a thing except leave everything sticky, and me ill for a while.

It's a pity the people aren't a bit cleaner and you'd probably never have these problems.
