i absolutely understand it!!!
i guess you can say it is that old buildings make me nostalgic, but there's something so special about this type of buildings. it makes me so nostalgic

Absolutely, I feel they give kind of peace in terms of how they have seen ages and times without falling.

Our first home was in the historic district of the city that we lived in.
It had been brought up to date with the heating, cooling, electrical, plumbing and kitchen cabinetry, but it had such a warmth and cozy feeling to it. The hardwood floors, the plaster, the size and shapes of the windows.
I feel very happy in older buildings.
