I Spent the Day in Bed

I woke feeling bad. I hydrated and ate a little. Nothing helped. I would lay down and feel heavy duty vertigo. I would set up and get nauseated. I was miserable all day. I had to keep moving around cause I felt so uncomfortable. Stayed in bed ALL day. Ugh! This has been happening about once a week or so.

I hope you've talked with your doctor about the vertigo and feeling tired/nauseated... Especially if it happens with little or no explanation. Keeping you in my thoughts. I hope you feel better soon.

@celticeagle Maybe make a not of things so you remember it when you do see the doctor, then. (I often forget what I want to chat with a doctor about when I see them in person. Them asking questions and me thinking of answers drives other things out of my mind until after I've left their office. ) You're very welcome.

@DaddyEvil .......I always make a list of things I want to talk to her about and ask the person setting it up to give me extra time.

I am better. I'm not sure if it was due to low blood sugar, dehydration or something else.. I just don't know. It sort of lags on even today.

@celticeagle Same with me. I would usually have breakfast in bed, when I'm having breakfast coz I normally don't. And I do my online meetings in bed as well. I watch tv in bed as I cannot live without a tv set in my bedroom. I fill up my planner in my bed as well.

@celticeagle I didn’t get very sick the last time I had Covid. I wouldn’t have even known I had it if I hadn’t tested myself before a wedding. I actually thought for sure it would be negative but I had it. That’s awful you’ve gotten vertigo so many times. That’s not a fun feeling at all. I had it for 8 days or more after a plane ride a few months back.

I think I would feel much worse if it were COVID. I get vertigo every once in a while. Not a rarity.
