A Personal attempt at ... "The Year that was .... " 2024

So 2024 is about to come to an end. Welcoming 2025. It is not easy for me to describe what 2024 meant to me. I had some good times. Some good times at work. I learnt more about a New Technology Stream I am trying to get into. I got out of my comfort zone to talk about more important things at work. Plus made a few more friends at workplace. Learning more about Trading and markets and Crypto. A few good gains as well. Yet, I had struggles as well. A few things at personal front have remained challenging. Especially in those areas where someone else has the decisive power. I have learnt the hard way that I am not an expert with dealing toxic and very cunning people. So staying away as far as possible is the best. I had to change my rental place and that was a bit of a shock initially and a short term financial hit. I have plans in place but rising rental, buying and living costs test one most of the time. Here on Mylot, I still come for a few casual Chats and some interesting conversation. However, I miss a few folks who have become very inactive or altogether left. Yet, well, that is life !! And well, let us see how the new year 2025 fares !
