It's been several years since I have made a goal list for my new year ahead.
Since I can remember I've always made resolutions for my new year, then my life turned completely around and I stopped.
Well, I'm back!
This time I'm going to do a monthly and yearly goal list. Not just about what I want to accomplish at home but for work also, while I love where I'm working I want more so I'll have to be bold ( usually I am anyways) and vocalize what I expect and what I was told about moving up in my company, we'll see how that goes.
Do you make a resolution or goals for the new year?

I told myself this year to say yes to more opportunities. I never feel good because of my health, but my goal is to really weigh the consequences. Is this going to make me feel THAT much worse? If it makes me feel better mentally, it could be worth a tiny bit extra physical pain.

I don't cause everything I want to do is always
floating around in my head everyday till I get it done.

That sounds like a good plan. I think the monthly goals would be the most beneficial to keep you on track to your final end goal.

That sounds like a plan. I make them, but I don't follow through very often. My resolution this year is a more general global one that I think I will work on and shouldn't be too painful.
