Sometimes, you have to let go of perfection, step away from chaos, and just breathe. Take that walk, put down your phone, sip your coffee slowly, or play with your dog (if you’ve got one—trust me, it's therapy). Life isn’t about being busy 24/7 or getting it all right—it's about finding those little pockets of peace and joy that keep us grounded. So today, do something that makes you feel alive, even if it’s as simple as watching the sunset. My all time therapy is what I mentioned, play with your pet. What is yours?

in moments that you mentioned, i miss my late cate cause, she made me feel better but taking a walk or instrumental music works for me too.
