Nadolig Llawen! Merry Christmas!

Bore da a Nadolig Llawen! Good morning and happy Christmas! The Christmas presents I got today were a second hand pair of ankle boots from my Mum and Syd, and a pair of pyjamas from Dave, Ali, Charlie and Noah! I don't do pyjamas. Ah, well. Maybe I'll just sit around in the house in them! I got some Christmas cards too, plus a money wallet with £100 in it from Mum and an extra £20 in a Christmas card because of having not many presents. Fortunately I did "presents to self" again. My presents to self were:- Here Come the Classics Vol 1 CD, (Wynne Evans as guest tenor!), Christmas with Mario Lanzo CD, (Mario Lanzo was Wynne's inspiration, so I wanted to see what all the fuss was about!), Save The Cinema DVD, (The story of how Wynne Evans Mum Elizabeth saved the Lyric Cinema in Carmarthen and turned it into a Theatre), Strictly Come Dancing Annual 2025, Strictly Come Dancing 2025 calendar, Doctor Who 2025 calendar, Welsh language workbook, Cardiff Then And Now hardback book with old photos of Cardiff alongside the same area more recently, Classical Music Encyclopedia, Fantasy Art Bible, The Modern Home (Vintage tips and tricks of how to run a household), A small paperback book on opera, although a few of the pages are folded over. It must have been like that when it went through the printing press. Most of it's OK and I can just read the folded pages after I pressed them flat, but it's not ideal. I might try and get another copy. I also got a rubber stamp that says Nadolig Llawen, two small Welsh Dragon stencils, some flower stencils and a wooden spoon with Wynne Evans face etched into it! For my Christmas dinner today I'm having Salmon on a bed of rocket lettuce with sweet potato, carrots, parsnips, and peas, topped with a plant based double cream sauce and pomegranate seeds! Yum! I've also got some vegan pigs in blankets. For afterwards I've got a vegan mince pie with plant based brandy cream! I've also got a mushroom Christmas wreath topped with cranberries that I didn't know needs to go in the oven and serves 6! I'll have that later, maybe for tea. And I've got some salmon canopies to fit in somewhere too! What presents did you have for Christmas today? What are you having for your Christmas dinner?
