Rainy Christmas.

It is not common in my country to have a rainy Christmas day. I fact, in my existence I cannot remember a rainy Christmas day.
But weather is changing. It has been raining the past two to three days here and most especially yesterday, the 25th. The rain was nonstop. Good thing it was not that heavy during the afternoon. We got to the restaurant where we have reservations for our family dinner.

The weather today was overcast, but it didn’t rain. The previous day it had, so it was still wet outside, but travel for people shouldn’t have been that bad, thankfully.
I didn’t get to see family today, but I’ll be able to go see them next week at least.

It was drizzling rain most of the day here. I didn't need to go out but every time I woke up to use the bathroom, it was still raining. I slept very well, though. 
I woke up this afternoon and made a large pan of spaghetti with onions, sweet peppers and ground beef. It turned out delicious! We had pecan pie for dessert. 
I'm glad you were still able to make it to the restaurant for your family dinner.

Fortunately we have had a dry day mostly although there was some drizzle which only lasted around 30 minutes. Merry Christmas to you!

Although we did have rains in December which is not normal it spared me as right from December 12 it has stayed rain free here.

Yes I notice that too. It's a gloomy Christmas. Most Christmas I remember is really fine weather. This is our first Christmas without mom.

We;too;;had a cloudy and rainy Christmas this year. Today also it was cloudy. And now it has started drizzling.

Here it was sunny, pretty cold but no snow. When I was a kid there would be snow but nowadays we often don't get any. I remember one year we had to wait until March. 
Good to hear the rain wasn't too heavy. We stayed home so we didn't really have to worry about the weather.
