While it's customary in some countries for kids to go around their neighborhood for trick or treating on halloween, it is not so in our country. But due to commercialism, some exclusive residential subdivisions as well as shopping malls are copying that tradition. Why the heck am I talking about trick or treating? Well, because in my residential subdivision, kids don't do that but wait till December 25. They'll ring your doorbell while screaming at the top of their lungs a very loud Merry Christmas! And you know exactly what they came for. Of course I was prepared. 5 random kids were very happy to receive 5 amirugumi toys!

Interesting this happens on Christmas - each person who opens the door gets to play Santa !
