Christmas Gifts I Got - 2024

Hello everyone, how are you all doing? Hopefully well.
Hopefully you all had a nice Christmas too.
It was alright here, except for when my son threw a big fit over his toys not working right.
Anyways - what did I get for Christmas?
From my friend who lives in another state that always sends something - an outfit and some money
From my mom (and Eli; she buys some for him to give me lol) - a massaging stuffed cat, a lot of different makeup things (nail polish, eye shadow, brushes), a pack of small lotions She also gave some money.
My husband bought me a few things I asked for (a shirt, and a turtle decoration) and he said he bought something that is a total surprise.
I should get some photos of things, I guess - but maybe once his gifts arrive.
I was hoping to get two pink lines for Christmas, but it didn't work out that way. I am hoping that in about 2 weeks I will though. Then it will just be a late Christmas gift.
I'll have to share what I got for everyone else in another discussion, if anyone is interested.

Sounds like a good Christmas. Eli throwing a fit, typical kid. But, when you get something youn naturally expect it's going to work.

It is the fact that he always finds something to throw a fit over. I understand once in a while that happening....but constantly - he's old enough to know better by now. We've told him many times that fits don't help

Sorry I just barely saw this. I hope you will like the rest of the gifts I got for you when they arrive. As for the two pink lines, I'm hoping you get those soon too!

Well I wish I would have saved some of the money my friend gave me so I had enough to get a nugget ice maker lol.

It was okay, would have been better without the meltdown from Eli. Also if my grandparents were still with us. I hope the new year will bring good news

Pink line? It is a positive pregnancy test lol. well two lines would be. Well I didn't get the greatest gifts but I will share soon. Glad you got the card finally, thank you too, not sure I said that when it arrived...so much has gone on lately

They were nice, and I have a few surprises still coming from my husband.
Well that is good to be all set with those items...sounds like nice gifts too.

Wasn't the best, but wasn't the worst. Would have been better without the Eli meltdown and if I had got my positive already. Hopefully shortly after the new year I'll get it.
Glad you like the tree design, tried to make something festive for the holiday

Great gifts. Sounds like ytou and family had a great Christmas. I spend the day well although I did not receive any gifts. It has been more than a decade since I got my last Christmas gifts. I am not fussy on that and have no frustration. When you understand certain realities , we come to terms with such things. Besides, I am not more a kid and I have lost interest in Santa Claus. Perhaps lost the interest in such magics a long time ago. And I believe my interests in gifts have changed since becoming an adult. But then you are definitely. Enjoy the day and weekend!
