Do you go out on New Years to celebrate a New Year! Out to the bar to celebrate.
Or out to dinner to celebrate?
We are just staying home. That is one night I do not want to be out on the streets.
There are a lot of cops on New Years Eve to catch the drunk drivers. I hope they catch them all. You should never drink and drive.
I can not believe that it will soon be 2025. To me it seems like 24 years have went by really fast.
Happy New Year everyone.

Time flies soooo fast and it's almost the new year.
No plans as of now. Will see if we can go out for lunch on the first.

We used to go to the local bar but haven't for years. And now they close at 9 that night.

It seems like it was just the year 2000. I am hoping to see my hubby either New Year's Eve or New Year's Day. Have a good weekend..

Happy New Year to you. My family's tradition is that we just stay home the night before Jan 1 then we waited (by playing games, watching movies in Netflix and even play loud music) to welcome the new year, afterwards we have food to feast around 12:05am. Then we sleep around 3am and will wake around 10 am to have brunch, then attend catholic mass in the afternoon.
Time flies so fast, indeed.

We just spend the day at home cooking, eating, relaxing, watching movies with the family, that's all.

New Years Eve is a night where I enjoy staying home and watching the ball drop in NYC at midnight. My days of partying and ringing in the new year are long gone

I'm not going out on New Year's Eve, but I plan to be up until midnight and watch the ball drop in New York City and then see if there's a local event happening until midnight here.
On New Year's Day, I'm having an open house. I have it every year.

I usually just stay home too, as it is quite dangerous to go out these days, with drunken revellers everywhere.

Wish you a very very happy new year. This year I could not go anywhere. I had to manage my store.

I prefer to stay home. Any big bar night is way worse in a college town. However, our entire county is very big on providing free rides for anyone who wants to refrain from driving if they are going to the bars that night, and the drivers keep very busy, so that surely saves a few lives.
It seems that the older we get, the faster the time flies by, doesn't it?
