Dreams are emotions, sensations, images and ideas that occur during sleep. They most often occur during REM sleep when brain activity increases. People dream usually about 5-20 minutes each night. There are many theories as to why people dream including processing and managing emotions, consolidating memories, and even cultural influences. They can be a window into the subconscious mind or a realm beyond the physical world. In the Bible it says that dreams offer insight and foresight into actions one should make. Many Dreams include devine symbols or even the Lord. Dreams generally tell us something about a particular issue we are dealing with in our lives. They are often symbolic and use characters and images to communicate their messages.

I don't think I ever dreamt of devine symbols. Sometimes I dream about the people in stories I've read.

My dreams are some which entertain me most of the night but I barely remember when I get up and those that are meaningful and I remember very well, Last night I was in some kind of Victorian Christmas dream but that is all I remember,

I have very vivid and usually stressful dreams. They fit into about the same half-dozen categories each day/night. Have a good day.
