Adso is jealous of Claire

These are 2 of my cats who have Outlander-themed names. Adso is 3 and Claire (aka Princess Claire Floofypants Wigglebutt 
) is just about 7 months old. They are both very sweet cats though Adso is a scaredy cat who hides from almost everyone other than me.
Adso used to be pretty aloof unless he wanted attention on his own terms. Now that Claire is here he is Mr. Jealous. She follows me from room to room, comes when I call her, and I *definitely* am not allowed to use the bathroom or take a shower/bath by myself. Well now that Claire is all up in my business all the time Adso feels like he needs to be there too. I don't know what he thinks he is missing out on.
It is funny because a cat I had before (Striper) was jealous of Adso and Charlie. I called him "Mr. Jealous". Well it seems that Adso has stepped up into that position.

Cats can be funny that way. They often act like they don't want attention, but if they think someone else is ruling the roost, well that's not going to fly.

Claire is such a cutie, Adso must think he might miss out on something, My cats very rarely want contact with me as long as they have food, water, and a clean litter box. There was some commotion a few weeks ago where one cat might have thought the other was getting more something from me, Brother and sister had a growling hissing fight early one morning and got it all squared away and now are back to being friends again,
