I still have to clean up part of my kitchen.

My legs and the sole of my feet are hurting. And they also tickle. I suppose that I will have to tell Martín tomorrow. That´s why I have been doing things in the kitchen little by little. I fried and cooked rice for tomorrow and I deboned a turkey thigh to bake it tomorrow. I don´t much like turkey but I prefer thighs. And I take out the bone and place there sliced onions and apples. Then I add white dry wine and fold it as if it was a book. On top of it I cover it with bacon. All that changes the turkey flavor a bit and I usually "steal" some bacon when it is crispy. I think that Martín will be happy with the lunch I´ll give him. And I will be happy to talk with him while I eat. Now I will go to finish cleaning up the kitchen. I will not be able to start the turkey before tomorrow because the onions and apples have to be cut up tomorrow. But I can leave it to marinate tonight. I already placed the bone (which has a lot of meat) in the freezer to turn into a nice soup one of these days. See you, friends

One step at a time. You have to remember you need your legs to go around so practice it more.

Your turkey recipe sounds delicious. That is one thing I like about turkey and chicken. You can do so much with them. A complex recipe or very simple.

Martin loved it and ate 2 dishes of it. And it was very easy to make. He also helped me cut it and serve. It is wonderful to have a therapist who is also a friend´s son.

I decided to be at home as Dixie would go to a niece´s house and the party would be at the garden. I was invited, but I did not dare to be out at 12pm.

My legs are hurting more now but that was to be expected after the therapy. But I rubbed them with Diclofenac.
