Tom and I went house hunting in Lynn Haven. One house was pretty nice, but this town floods in a lot of places, and this house looked pretty low. It was a little more than we want to pay. Stopped at Council on Aging, and they gave me some places to look into..mostly Govt. Housing which we can not do. But a couple of them I can look into tomorrow. Stopped at Walgreens and stocked up on some stuff to use up my OTC card balance. He went and talked to a friend that works in that area, so he can keep an eye out for us. Went home. Tom went to AmVets, and I went to Walmart. When Tom got home I went to Capt. D's for supper. We ordered appatizers. Tom got fish, I got Shrimp, and we got Jalapeno poppers to share. They were HOT! 
Tomorrow gonna start packing stuff up in my bedroom that I do not use often.

I truly have tried everything I know to do. Filled out something last night, and relized it was not the site I was thinking it was...Got 3 calls today from Mortgage Companies. I just don't have time to even think about buying anyhinig right now. We have to be out of here in roughly 30 days.
When I go looking and put in searches..they add stuff WAY out of my budget, and I see the same stuff over and over in bad parts of town. I know I shouldn't be picky, but my nerves won't take a lot of noise and worries about getting robbed etc. A couple of the places were in the same area my Mother's house was in and once she was in the nursing home and we were trying to get stuff out...it was robbed 7 times that I know of. Police were useless. Didn't even take fingerprints.It was a nightmare.
Anyway, I know something will come around. Hoping Tom can get something started with the VA service office here.
