Soon It Will Be New

Soon we will say farewell to all 12 months of this calendar year of 2024. Soon we will welcome the new 12 months of 2025. A little exciting, a little interesting given the times that we live in. I look forward to doing my very best each day at work, watching the twins grow and perhaps, dare I dream, begin to learn to read, and learn a bit more French. And so many other goals and possibilities lie ahead for me, and all of us for 2025. Tonight, after I finish working, we will go out for supper at an Italian restaurant. I am looking forward to that for a change. We usually go out to places really close to where we live, but tonight we will drive further, I hope that we remain safe. I wish you all a very Happy New Year for 2025 and thank you all so very much for your support and kindness shown to me during 2024. ~Photo is mine

The last year in this home that I loved, it's a bittersweet last day of the year. I have great hopes for 2025.

Jonathon got up early with the girls today, after they ate their fruit and waffles, they played quietly in the family room for a few hours while he watched them and Mommy slept in
