Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 31 degrees F and dark here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is 53 but it is supposed to rain which will totally suck for those who go out to Times Square tonight. I woke up around my usual time of 5:30. Oh well at least I won't have much of a struggle waking up when I have to go back to work on Thursday. (in theory of course) I received 2 boxes of French toast bites that I didn't order with my groceries yesterday. I just tried some and they are pretty good. No big plans for this New Year's Eve day. (or night) I will be hanging here with the cat crew. Chantal is coming over around 4 to do my hair--roots, trim, and tinsel. She might do some lowlights too. Tanning lightens my normally dark brown hair. Well it is gray at this point but whatever. I do have her do full foil highlights like twice a year but it gets too blonde eventually so she has to tone it down. I'm sure I'll get up to something in the kitchen. Maybe I'll make a treat to bring into work on Thursday. The paras all congregate in the teacher's room first thing in the morning so they always see me dropping stuff off. I am their hero. Teachers are straight up scavengers and will literally eat anything so even if I make something that I consider mediocre it will be gone by the end of the work day. What's everyone else up to today?
