I watched The Substance. It has Demi Moore, Margaret Qualley, Dennis Quaid, Edward Hamilton-Clark, Gore Abrams, Oscar Lesage, Christian Erickson, and Robin Greer in it. Big Warning: there is some violence and lots of gore. It was really gross. Semi Spoiler Below. In this movie an actress named Elizabeth does exercise videos. She overhears that they are canning her because she is turning fifty. She ends up getting a car wreck. She is fine and the nurse slips her some info about a new drug to make a clone of her from her DNA. The clone will be younger. She ends up doing the experiment, but things go very wrong. I did not like this movie. It was really too gross. But I did like the concept of how bad the beauty industry and Hollywood is. I'm watching Ready or Not next.
