Electric Sparks.

Amidst the new year fireworks, one outlet in our kitchen decided to spark twice or thrice throughout the night. This may have been cause by some water that remains in our roof that can trickle in our kitchen wall. I remember my back neighbor informing us they will be doing some back roof near our kitchen. We had to turn off the circuit switch on the kitchen outlet. But of course that is harder to do since I use many small appliances in the kitchen (coffee maker, microwave and water dispenser). And I'm sure it is difficult to find someone available today to work on this.

It is difficult to find a mechanic during festival days or the new year. They are celebrating;too.

Well it's better to move those things or go without for a while, You don't need it to short out and start a fire.

That's true. We moved the refrigerator only for the night. The others can wait. But we are able to find someone to repair the outlet so it is all good now

I agree with you. It scary to get out of the house without fixing it.
