As some of you have read about my friend's decision to seek a divorce and it is a mutual wish. Yesterday her husband visited me and gave me an Xmas cake - a small one There are reports that he is living his lift to the hilt interacting with many, doing up his mother' s house spending lavishly. What I have understood now is that he seems to be a loner and enjoys doing things on his own without involving his wife. There are many like him and that is not how a couple's life shoulld be. Some are made that way. It would have been better if he had not got married. What say?

Some people may be happier doing things alone. He could be very attached to his original family as he spends lavishly on his mother's home.

@florelway If one is made that way in that he likes to do things on his own there is no way there can be collaboration. I do not blame him as that is how his DNA is.

@allknowing Looks like there is no collaboration as husband abd wife.

Sometimes people find out after marrying that marriage is not for them, which is sad, but it happens a lot. He sounds like he is enjoying his "freedom" now .

@allknowing He seems to be showing off that he is fine - that with this divorce he is doing way better (but who knows how things really are for him deep inside). Some men refuse to show "failure".

@much2say Only time will tell. No one who chooses a divorce can remain happy

It sounds like the two of them would be better off without each other.
