Back at home again.

We headed back into town after dinner and made a quick stop at Dollar General before visiting Ryan and his mom. She had surgery about 12 days ago, so we wanted to help her out with moving some trash and packing up Christmas decorations. It was nice to see her and Ryan, even if it was just for a little while! Now we’re cozy at home, enjoying some leftovers from Subway and diving into YouTube. The kids are off having a blast with their friends, so it’s a nice, quiet night just for us. We might catch the ball drop in Times Square later, but to be honest, I haven’t been super into that for a while. Anyway, I hope everyone has a fantastic end to this year and a joyful start to the new one!
