We stayed up...right at midnight I opened the front door with my Broom and swept out 2024, the bowed to 2025 and invited it in telling it We have Lots to DO!
This is one year I am happy to see GO!

Yes and no. I fell asleep but my wife woke me up before, in our case, we watched the music note drop. I hate all the New Year shows. They're so corny. As for 2024, I agree, it wasn't all that great a year and I am hopeful 2025 shines some light on things. We'll see. Happy New Year to you as well.

"it wasn't all that great a year" it hasn't been for the PAST 4 yrs
& the last 2 for us has been a rough 1, but we made it SO FAR.

@2ndchances24 If we think about the outcome of the election, the best thing that happened is that America came to its senses and, that should give us some hope.

Sure, but I’m up every night at midnight…unless I’m really sick. And I’m not (not physically, anyway…there’s always that mental thing

Me too...I try really hard to atleast get in the bedroom by 1am, but even that doesn't happen some times. And then I sit and play a couple of games on my phone.

I'm glad to see 2024 gone too. Today it's 11 months that my husband has been gone. Happy New Year!!!

I stayed up till 3 am this morn on the computer while the neighbors blew off all their
loud booms till they FINALLY stopped, I'm just getting up for the day.

I stayed awake to greet 2025 and well was awake upto 2 am. Usually I stay awake upto 1 am on New Year . Usually watch TV to great TV , this time was browsing my smartphone and watching few things over the OTT. As far as 2024 is concerned, there were good things and well there were not so good things for me. I did join mylot in 2024 and thats in a way a big plus for me. I had my first payout as well from mylot. Made a few acquaintances and virtual friends here. I hope we have a better and successful 2025. Enjoy the time!

As I bid farewell to 2024 I claimed healing and also bid goodbye to an illness that fell on me in 2024. As part of tradition we stayed up till midnight and despite the many preparations we had I only managed to drink a. cup of hot. chocolate and only had little bites of some food. Happy New Year.
