I had something in mind and I was ready to start typing, when there was a sudden gust of wind outside my window, and it took away whatever I was thinnking about. This seems to be happening more and more lately. Is it al's himer or just another senior moment?

It doesn't take a wind gust to make me forget what I was thinking about. What a cute kitty. How many cats do you have? (I know its not yours.)

Just having a lot to think about I expect. As soon as I get distracted I find it easy to forget what I meant to do! By the way make sure you get enough vitamin B12 - deficiency causes symptoms similar to dementia.

I used to get B12 shots when I lived in Hamilton but not here in St Catharines. I don't eat a lot of meat, so that might be it.

I may have some deficiency in my attention span but I'm certainly not hyper active. I'm just a slug these days.

@BarBaraPrz I both have both forms of adhd. My anti-depressants calm me down quite a bit thankfully but the mind issues are rough.

Nah, not Al's, just that at our age we have so much in our brain that it often pushes things around when we hear something ..... ears do that to us sometimes.
