First day of the new year down.

It's been a surprisingly comfortable-ish start to the new year. Without the harsh winds, the cool air didn't feel as bad, but you could feel the difference. I am just now starting to feel a slight chill in the air, but that's to be expected. I have no idea what movie we're watching, but we're watching.... something. I still have to move the dishwasher back. I haven't decided if I'll unload it or not. But, I do need to get the laundry in the wash pretty much as soon as I get up and watch the time like a hawk so that I get it in and out of the dryer in time.
Normally I'd do it overnight, but George is wearing the pants he wants to wear for his doctor's appoitment, so I kind of can't until he takes them off. So, that's a thing. At least he's happy awake and moving around.

I'm glad your new year began with a nice; comfortable day. Almost the same was mine. It was a bright;sunny day.Air was cool.I expect this year we are going to have a chilly;cold winter.

I hope not. It's going to make therapy hard, if I can get him into out patient therapy.

@Shivram59 I've often found a long term forcast isn't always as bad as it sounds or looks. We might have a bad spell, but it'll warm up again. Just as nature is always changing.

Yeah. Wound up running the washer at 2 Am, but it's fine. Still managed to get five hours of sleep.

Comfortablish...sounds a good start to me. I was traveling on the very first day of the year.
