I woke up angry this morning

Let me just say I was angry from a couple of silly dreams, about school. All is good now that I am awake, except I have to go back to work tomorrow. I dreamed that while I took a day off they rearranged the whole school, moved my personal stuff, put in new doors and changed how my student studies. Oh, they all got new school T shirts but they did not save one for me. I would say my complaints were pretty petty. It has turned cold here, of course. It is winter. I shut off the alarms. Finally got up at about the time I should be at school. So hopefully all the angry is out of my system and I am ready to start the new year on a good foot. I am sure all that I dreamed did not happen. I am checking on all of Bob's appointments and found a reminder of when his Driver's License renewal is scheduled. He was sick when it was scheduled before. That is a relief to find that note, because I certainly did not remember the time.

I was waiting for a joke: “Sometimes I wake up angry, other times I let him sleep.” Glad you at least got “frustration” out via dreams instead of having to deal with it “in real life.”

I just felt really weird afterwards, and yes, I am familiar with that joke.

Thank goodness they were just dreams! Yah, better those things happen in a dream . . . otherwise you would be angry for real. Happy New Year - and new school year!

Does Kansas give you a license for four, eight, or ten years?

It is so weird they are having you go back for one day. I bet there will be many absences

My great great neice (Rosie) does not go back until Monday. By Monday we may have snow.

Dreams can do funny things to us. Sorry they didn't give you a t-shirt.

I hope none of that happened and you will have a good day tomorrow

There is a possibility that my lead teacher rearranged in the room, and that is okay. We expect it as we try to get the most use out of our space. I do not think new hallways and doors are in the budget. If they gave out new T shirts they would never leave me out.

I'm glad it was only in dreams... Hopefully, not much will have changed by the time you get to work tomorrow. The forecast is calling for a mix of snow and icy rain Saturday and Sunday here. Are you getting the same thing, probably on Friday night/Saturday? I hope neither one of us see much of it.

It sounds like your dream tapped into some anxieties, but you're handling the new year's reality well! Dreams like that can be unsettling, but it's good to wake up and realize it was just your mind playing tricks.

At least all those petty things were only dreams. It's a great relief sometimes to wake up and realise you were dreaming.

I have school and work dreams all the time even though I've been retired for 14 years. They are usually very stressful. Wishing you a good day and a good weekend.
