So why attack Christianity, how about Islam which breeds terrorists who kill and maim indiscrimately? Your post demonstrates ignorance. Once I thought as you did, saying of Christians I have nothing in common with these people. But now I know the truth, and I am just as intelligent as anyoneelse, having gained a degree and two fellowships, as well as other academic qualifications, but without Jesus Christ I am just an educated idiot, focused on self. Life is not about serving yourself, just living an indulgent life. it's about serving others, helping those who need help and celebrating this life that God has given us. Christianity isn't about taking things away, but making them better. Everything you give to Jesus he gives back to you, but in abundance.

Go ahead and try. It will never work. Hitler who ruled a country tried to kill out the Jews. It didn't work. Killing or banning Christianity wouldn't work either. I would still believe, still pray, and will continue to pray for you. to find inner peace with yourself.

Even if you believe in the "Big Bang" theory you believe in something!!! You cannot ban everything that YOU dont believe in. Simple really!

I dont think so. It is not causing anymore problems than anything else. If it got banned the politicians who get rid of it would not be elected the next term. If it is banned then at least I know I would die spreading it to people. True Christians and followers of Christ are called to love and stand for what they believe in. I think there are a lot of fake Christians out there that just use the Christian name. I want to say sorry for anything Christians have ever done to hurt you and please forgive them. It makes me sad and sick to see Christians who proclaim Christ when doing sin and evil things. I do not agree with you. Well for the USA it would go against everything it stands for. If you ban it you would make it stronger because then you would weed out all the fake ones. Dont worry, God is in control and what happens is in his hands. I believe in Him and I trust Him.

I think all religion must be banned. Religion has been and will always be the cause hatered and wars among countries and individuals.

Hold on -- there are good Christians, and bad people who pretend to be Christians. Unfortunately, the bad Christians are monopolizing public discourse about religion. Those people should be exposed for the hypocrites they are; if you banned Christianity you would punish some good people and cause the bad ones to become even bigger terrorists than they already are.

I think, that you mix up Christianity with one or some religion based on Christian roots. But as any religion, also the Christian ones limit yourself by rules which might not be applicable or reasonable in your special case and stem from hundreds or thousands years old points of view. Example (1): If I would be Jewish, I wouldn't be allowed to eat pork. Is a good thing referring to the potential health risk some 1000 years ago in Palestine. But for me today in Western Europe would be just an unreasonable limit, because the medical control of pork production has reached a standard, that there isn't a health risk anymore. Example (2): I was born as a male Roman Catholic. So from religion is forbidden to me, to marry two women or to marry a man. If I convert to Islam, I can do the first thing and if I don't care about my church, I can do the second thing (at least my country Germany politically speaking allows me this). So in conclusion: After my Christian Church lost its political power and the variants of Christian religions are just some among others, they have not to be banned. I can chose the one which is best fitting for me or I can go to their competitors from China, India or Arabia. Insult to mankind? Noooooooo ..... are existing very tolerant Christian variants; so there is no reason to feel offended if you choose one of those. I think that YOU just feel bad about Christianity, because you didn't look long time enough for the best variant for yourself. To me it looks like your judgement is based on an old-fashioned and intolerant variant. (Actually, I needed for this search about 30 years until I was successful and found peace for myself in the New Relevation of Austrian Jakob Lorber; he wrote around 1850 as Jesus' scribe a modern interpretation and also an annex of Bible in my German language. Now I don't need interpretations and translations anymore of 2000 year old texts in order to catch the message).

Have you read the Bible? At least one book of it? Have you made the least effort to know what the Bible and Jesus is all about? The problem with you amd many like you is that you condemn something you do not know about. Boring, prude, meaningless, conservative is how the life of a christian looks to you. A christian who is leading a christian life does not feel so. If you are a christian and feel that your life is boring, prude, meaningless and conservative then my friend you have serously investigate your life and more importantly the church you are going to. I amd not claiming that a christian life is problem free but it is definatly not boring, prude, meaningless, conservative. Insult to man's intelligence?!! Please understand my friend that man's intelligence is nothing at all. Most of it is junk that godless people before us have taught us. Please do not consider man's intelligence as anything big.
