I forgot to tell you all November 14th of 2024 my daughter got married and they just got their first home and moved in a couple days after Christmas they are renting with the option to buy it. I am happy for her she is happy.

Congrats to her, and I hope the rent to own deal works out well. Those can be a big money loss in some cases. Hopefully not in her case.
