The samosa is like a pastry with a savory filling mostly of potatoes and peas. 8t is a fried snack. It is derived from the Persian word Sambosag. It can have a filling even of minced chicken and mutton. It is also made in different sizes snd shapes. Samosas make excellent snacks and are usually eaten along with tea. One can even take it with peg of wine or whiskey. Try one you will like it.

We love samosas. I miss it as it's tough to get it here in Australia.
