Ah, those creatures. I remember about them well on the beach when I lived there. Ouch! Did you know about Sand Fleas? Did they ever bite you? I did get bit a few times. No fun.

We went to California from NY. On the way, we stopped at Great Salt Lake. The kids wanted to float in the salt water so we went down to the beach. We immediately got attacked by hungry sand fleas trying to eat us alive. We made a hasty retreat. It was the wrong time to go there, I guess. Ouchie!

We are very far from beach. We go to beaches for holidays and vacation. Thankfully, I have not come across them ever. I am annoyed by any bug. Is the bite itchy or painful??

Hated them when I use to live in Fla. That's why I don't wear shorts anymore cause I was always getting bit so I quit wearing shorts & don't go to the beach.
