It's the First of the Year

So it's not literally the first day of the year but it is the first month so I'll take the loophole lol. It's also the first chance I've head to get back on here in a while. I had my first shifts at EMS and they went pretty smooth. I'm still learning the paperwork but I'll get there. When it comes to the actual helping people thing, I'm good. The paperwork is a whole different animal lol. I also just got in some new items for my shop. I'll be doing freshies, lip gloss and lip balm. I have rock candy on the stove, started that will also be in the shop. pretty soon I'll have a small freeze drier too. I'm super excited. I went with a small one because it's mainly for my family and I but I may sell some. Who knows lol. My husband had his cataract surgery in both eyes and he is seeing so much better now. he's happy but I got the bills lol. We'll figure it out though. Next month I take a class to become a CPR instructor. I'm helping a friend out this month with a class to see what it would be like but I'll be official next month. I'm going to start sitting with Chris's grandmother again starting next week. I know it seems like a lot but being on call at EMS isn't paying the bills so I'll take it and we can work it out when I have to go in. At some point I'll also be taking a TOSHA class to make me eligible for safety officer in our fire department. That's a week class and at the end of it I'm hoping to feel accomplished lol. I have a planner that I plan on carrying around this year to help with time management and remembering what I have going on. I only have fire department stuff down in it right now and it already seems full. I hope that everyone had a great Christmas and a Happy New Year. Stay safe and I hope that you have a great start to this new year.

You got your work cut out with all that going on I hope it all works out for you & it doesn't wear you out too much trying to keep up with it all. My husband had his cataract surgery in both eyes last year & he was tickled when he didn't have to wear his heavy bifocals just to see like he was.

See mine wouldn't wear glasses so he just suffered through it. Now he's all happy. He has one more appointment to get through and he'll be done.

@JordanLader Mine wore glass's so long he felt lost without them so what does he do he gets him some just to have on his face & now has so many pairs he can't keep up with what pair he wants to wear.
