Soup experiment

Look at me @porwest ! I'm attempting a spin on broccoli cheese soup but with cauliflower and carrots also included. No recipe involved but I can say that it doesn't include potato chips, leftover sour cream dip, or soy sauce packets. 
I didn't have enough broccoli for a batch of soup but I did have a head of cauliflower. I figured why not since cauliflower has such a mild flavor. A google search showed me that Panera does some kind of similar soup with shredded carrots. Fine I have some of those to use up too along with homemade veggie scrap stock.
We shall see how it turns out!

It sounds good and I hope that the experiment turns out good too. Enjoy it.
I have never tried soup with broccoli and cauliflower in it. I should also try it some times.
