Happy to get back my normal weekends.

It's past midnight here and we are officially into Sunday. That means that the weekend is almost over. I start getting that feeling once Saturday gets over.
Anyways, we are watching some late night TV. We just finished two episodes of one very nice show. It's an old one but we missed it when it was aired.
Now, husband wants to watch some good action packed movie. And he is surfing. Knowing him well, I know that it might take some time. So, I decided to write this till he decides. I might start snoring by the time he decides for one.
I hope that the new year has started well for everyone. And you are enjoying your weekend. I am happy to get back my normal weekends on Saturday and Sunday. From June 2024_December 2024, I was getting off on Friday and Saturday as I was attending a course on Sunday morning online and conducting workshops on Sunday afternoon for parents.
Now, the course is over making my Sunday mornings free. The Sunday afternoon session has been moved to Friday late evenings and it will happen every alternate Friday. So, I will get long weekends every week from Friday to Sunday. Working from home in the late evening on Friday gives a feeling of long weekend 
. Happy about that.
Hope all is well in your corner. Take care of yourselves. Stay warm and indoors if it's snowing in your corner. For those who have summers, stay hydrated. And those with gorgeous weather ( I am the.lucky one), enjoy it!

Action packed movie??
Try Singham Again or Red One.
Or Bade Miyan Chote Miyan (2024)(Even though it failed at the box office).
Here we have faced rains and cold (last Friday till 3 days back) and then cold weather coupled with fog since the last 2 days.
It is always nice to be back with a predictable and normal routine.
And do let us know which movie was decided in the end?

I will suggest these movies to him next time. Now a days, he doesn't enjoy much like older days. He will keep surfing, watching for few minutes and then searching for another one. I guess when you have a lots of options, it becomes overwhelming. I wanted to watch Bhool bhulaiyaa 3 for the sake of Vidya Balan. But he didn't like it after few minutes and changed it. . He was in mood of some real action packed thing. And I started snoring by the time he decided one. He found some English series and watched one episode.
I lost my uncle and even my mom was not well. So, I went to Delhi in the last week of December. I had taste of that rain coupled with cold.

Things and trends seem to be changing almost every few weeks.
So well, things sometimes seem quite unstable.

Here too, things at work and family life have been pretty unpredictable.
So at times, it becomes tough to manage.
To add to the woes, I have got cold, cough and body ache and making things difficult for me.

I get annoyed. It takes forever to decide. With so many options available these days, it can be overwhelming and tough to make a choice. By the time he decided for a movie, I was fast asleep.

I totally agree there. Old shows and movies had content and performances. Recent ones are in no comparison to them. They are full of violence and inappropriate contents.

. It's only for Friday and Saturday nights. Else I am too not a late night person. He took so long to decide that I fell asleep before he could find something good to watch.

Stay warm and enjoy your time indoors. I would love to snuggle in the bed on such days, enjoy some good reading and hot beverage. That's a luxury
