Wow, it’s freezing here in Florida, which is so unusual for us! It’s funny how you can spot the lifelong Floridians versus the transplants. I’m somewhere in between—I’ve been here since 2009, so I’ve settled in a bit, but my stubborn Oregon roots still have me bundled up in a hoodie and sweats. Can you believe I haven't owned a winter coat in years? Aside from the chilly weather, not much is happening today. We headed into town to run some errands, treated ourselves to a quick and affordable lunch at Cefco, and now we're cozying up with some episodes of Destination Files—another great show by Josh Gates! (@AmbiePam, your husband sure is busy these days, isn’t he? Making all that $$$!) In the meantime, I’ve been busy with some side hustle projects and really hoping that my freelance work comes through soon so we can finally replace our phones. I spotted the newer Motorola models on sale at Walmart for $35-$45 each, and we’ve been meaning to upgrade for a while now. Fingers crossed! That’s all for now—just trying to stay warm and keep busy!
