Don Jr didn't even make it 24 hours in Greenland

Hilarious. His father the president-elect has some fixation on trying to acquire the territory of Denmark. Trump Sr of course lied and said that the citizens wanted to join the US so dumb@ss Jr repeated that. Trump even sent Jr to Denmark today to have talks. Well that idiot fled Greenland after not even a day. The country has no interest in being purchased by the United States. The prime minister of Greenland said "has been very, very clear … that there is a lot of support among the people of Greenland that Greenland is not for sale and will not be in the future either." On his way out he lied and said that it was all "fake news" (I hate that term) and that the citizens of Greenland love Trump. Hmmmm if you have to run home after not even a day I'd say you didn't get a good reception from them Donnie. I didn't watch Trump's press conference today but supposedly he didn't rule out taking over Greenland by force. How stupid is he? Denmark is a member of NATO. If he ordered that I can only hope that senior military officials would ignore that and JD Vance would go for the 25th Amendment. (you know he wants to) If America tried to seize a NATO territory we'd be attacked by so many countries. Trump is an idiot. Full stop.

I'm glad I am not in the military. Having that idjit for a commander in chief?! Wondering if I'd be ordered to go fight in a World War 3 battle?

PS: isn’t he sounding more like Hitler every day? Wants to annex Canada and take Greenland by force?

Do us all a favor and at least speak with facts. It is FAR FROM an unhinged, crazy idea. Give me a break. Trump's hairbrained idea to acquire Greenland? Umm, the United States has wanted to buy Greenland since the 1800s, with the last formal offer made by Harry S. Truman. But the United States has ALWAYS been interested in buying Greenland. Trump is just trying to find a path to actually do it. It's not unlike Alaska. We bought that from Russia. Or the Louisiana Purchase. Or Guam. Or the U.S. Virgin Islands. Or Puerto Rico. Get a hold of yourself. Sometimes the United States and other countries BUY territories. And it's a better way of acquiring territory than say, how we got Hawaii. It was not unlike the misconceived "crazy idea" of Trump's Space Force. Decades before Trump actually created this new branch of the military, it was seriously considered by the United States to create a Space Force.

I didn't say that it is an unhinged or crazy idea. Yes I know about the Louisiana Purchase, Alaska, etc. I don't think Trump is an idiot for coveting Greenland. What I think is unhinged and frightening is the fact that he didn't rule out trying to acquire the island through military force. Greenland is part of Denmark which is one of the original NATO members. If the US attacks Greenland/Denmark then the rest of NATO is obligated under Section 5 for all of the rest of the member countries to come to Greenland's defense. Not only would that endanger America but it would alienate many longtime allies who also would be obligated to protect US if we were attacked. Genius move.

@NJChicaa Oh give me a break. No. Seriously. A man who is ADAMANTLY AGAINST WAR IS GOING TO GO TO WAR TO TAKE OVER A COUNTRY? Get real. It makes NO sense. I think you know that, but you just can't help yourself trying to convince yourself Trump's some deranged mastermind plotting dictatorships and world domination. Talk about hairbrained ideas. For Heaven's sake. Get a grip on reality, will ya. Also, keep in mind that the United States is the most powerful nation in all of NATO. Who really is going to come after us? Not that they couldn't try or wouldn't. But we don't even have to entertain the idea because it would never happen that Trump would ever do this in the first place. The bottom line is that Trump has never said he would try to take Greenland by force. Would he want to make them an offer they might not be able to refuse? Sure. But he'd never take it by force. The mere idea of that, if you believe that, is patently nuts. Look back at Trump's first term and mark the crazy world domination takeovers he called the military into action to do. Oh wait, there were none. So, there's that to consider. When it comes to you and Trump you live a world of complete and utter fantasy that, when you say some of the things you do, it makes you sound like you've fallen off your rocker and hit your head VERY hard. I worry about you sometimes.
