Update on the radiator situation.

The guy came on Monday to check on the radiators, and he said everything was fine, as I told you in a previous post. It was fine for a while, but then on Tuesday morning it went off again. My Mum said she thought it might have been on a timer, but no, Syd said it was on constant.
So Syd called the gas engineer again, and I put my heater on. Then at about 10:30pm Syd came downstairs and said the heating had come back on again! He sounded really disappointed! 
My Mum asked him this morning if the gas engineer was still coming, or if he'd cancelled him. But he said he didn't know, he hadn't heard anything!
The gas engineer is due to come between 8:00am and 1:00pm. My Mum asked What are we going to say to him when he comes? and I said Tell him the truth! Duh! 
So we'll have to see what happens.

That's odd lol. Hopefully he can find out why it keeps going off. We use our fireplace right now and room heaters. I'm not sure if it's helped out electric bill or not but we're trying. We're hoping the dryer gets fixed next week, we're waiting on parts now.

We've got an electric fire in the living room that never gets used. That's apart from my portable heater.

He reckons there is a blockage or obstruction in the pipes so we are having our radiators flushed out!

So what happened? Did the engineer find something not right?
You know it happens to us sometimes, when one of our appliances is broken, and when we finally called a mechanic it just start working again just on time the mechanic came...
