And now, after I rested my back a bit, I´ll go and cook some rice. Marco told me not to worry.

. But I will make a big amount of rice to have something left for tomorrow. I love rice and I love the way I cook it. So, many times, I just eat plain white rice with nothing on the side. But that changes when there is someone else for lunch or dinner. I will now go to the kitchen again. It is very hot here. If I were alone, I´d be almost naked. But an 80 year old lady cannot go naked if there´s someone else around.

Well, many mylotters are in freezing bone chilling temperature and cribbing about that. They will feel jealous of you.

. When I am alone or with my daughters, we go for a quick meal of one pot rice. But when we have some company, we so something for side dishes too.

I first fry the rice with with garlic and then I cook it. The garlic gives it a special taste.

@marguicha That sounds very good. I like seasoning up rice before I make my Spanish rice and cooking it and frying it raw. Adds so much flavor to the rice.

I know an Asian lady who lives on rice almost exclusively. I don't wear much on these hot days but I'd wear even less if it weren't for living in a house among others.
