$$We Lost Our Dollars$$

We used to have a Dollar Tree out State Street a ways. We had a Family Dollar close to us in the other direction. Recently the Dollar Tree closed. The other had been closed for quite some time. Now we have no Dollar-type stores near by. My daughter would have to take the bus and go miles out State Street toward the Walmart. That several miles. And, even then we aren't sure they are still open. They are all dropping like flies.
Do you have any near you?

Thank goodness in my area there are four Dollar Tree stores.

There's no dollar stores in my immediate neighborhood but we do have several Dollaramas around town, and at least one, no two, Dollartrees. They seem to be doing good business.

We have a Dollar General. It was here first. Then very close to it a combination Dollar Tree/Family Dollar opened up. I enjoyed both locations. Then something corporate happened and the Dollar Tree/Family Dollar shut down. It was not for lack of shoppers, but was something to do with the way the companies were interconnected. I miss them.
