Here we go again

About the time I go to bed tonight, there is going to be more snow. Go figure.
It was not in the forecast earlier today. On the other hand, at about 4:30 this afternoon I looked outside and said to myself "the sky looks like we could get more snow. But it is not in the forecast." I guess the forecast changed.
Chances are it will not be very much. At least I hope not.
We just finished eating chicken and cheese taquitos and southwest flavored home made chicken soup. I am sleepy now.
I continue to meal prep for next week and plan to be ready for a full week of school.
Right now I am cooking a big batch of oatmeal. I will then just scoop out a serving and warm it in the microwave for my breakfasts. I may have toast, or sausage with it.
Being at home so much makes me wish I could work from home.

It snowed here overnight Friday but the sun came out for Saturday, managing to melt a bit of it. The temp at 11:49 Sunday is at the zero mark, and the sun is trying to come out again.

Working from home would have suited me when I was working. It wasn't really a thing back then.

We are supposed to get a little more snow tomorrow as well. I don’t think it will make much difference.
We made a kettle of potato soup the way my son likes it, with diced ham and then shredded cheddar. It was so good.
