1/11/25 - Meals

68 days until spring. We got another 6-8" of s**w and had to have to drive plowed again. I am still hoping for a break in the weather the end of next week. Hopefully enough white stuff will melt so I can get my washer and dryer delivered the following week..
Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Noodles Alfredo, Brussels sprouts, zucchini, peaches
Dessert/Snack - Blueberry muffin
Dinner - Buffalo chicken/provolone sandwich

Yesterday I had a DOUBLE-DECKER Boca Burger! (Those things are only one point a patty, so I can do that!) And chicken veggie soup. And fiber and yogurt and apples out the wazoo.

We had ribeyes and broccoli for dinner and quiche for breakfast.

We reached 42F yesterday and I saw a lot of melting. Every day this week is supposed to be above freezing. That will be very nice!
I don't remember what I ate today. I was having an arthritis flare up in my right foot. I took Tylenol and Soma (which puts me to sleep) for the pain. I was having trouble walking when I did get out of bed. I'm feeling a lot better now.
I woke up hungry so I'm making spiral pasta, pesto and ground beef to eat for breakfast.
