Thai spring rolls

Since I wanted something light for an early dinner, I decided to have Thai spring rolls. The restaurant that sells them offers them at a discounted price, so I ordered some right away through a food delivery service. They arrived within 20 minutes. I paired the spring rolls with half a cup of red rice. They were quite good, but I still prefer the Filipino and Vietnamese spring rolls. Hehe. The dish came with a spicy dipping sauce. What did you have for lunch or dinner? Photo courtesy: My own

I believe the choice of meat or fillings significantly impacts the taste. Haha. The fillings they use and the way they add condiments can really change the flavor. Fried fish with potato and onion salad sounds great to me. :) Xoxo

It’s difficult to describe the meat used in these Thai spring rolls. It may not be as flavorful as what we typically make, but maybe it really depends on who prepares the spring rolls.

I wouldn't like the spicy dipping sauce, but I do like spring rolls.
