Severe Headache

I force myself to sleep by doing a lot of house chores, last Monday in the middle of the night i just di the laundry until 3 am, and when i woke up i do the ironing of clothes.
I think too much work without proper sleep will give you such a severe Headache afterwards. It also affected my right eye.
Yesterday, Tuesday, I decided to rest the whole day and because my head is non stop aching i found myself sleeping the whole day, without eating anything, i bet that also added to my head pains.
I ate when i woke up and sleep, and ate again, without drinking any painkillers. But i guess that's the right thing to do, and I feel okay now. I woke up earlier at 1:30 am and cook something and sleep again.
Food and rest is the basic medicine that people should not neglect.
How was your day? I hope everything is fine. What are you guys doing today?

I think you should re4schedule your time as I do not think working in the wee hours of the morning is a good idea.

I enjoyed my day working at home completing surveys and sharing news stories on this site while having to turn the computer off for about 30 minutes to have the security updates on the computer this afternoon.
