I Think I Got The Flu.

I just woke up from my second nap. After every nap, I feel a bit better. I can do small things with the colds and all. I take meds but when it wears off the headache comes back. Throat is a bit itchy but not painful anymore. I'm taking allergy pills since for three nights today but cold is not getting away that gives me the conclusion that what I have is flu.

So what?? Flu is a simple problem. Visit your doctor and follow what he says. Don't take anything cold in your food.

Perhaps the climate change. It is cold in most places and the climate is slowly changing in some places. I would say you relax and spend time recovering. Doinng sleep and resting at bed are all good thinngs to do while recovering from flu or cold. Do not indulge into the household or other chores. Making the body work more can result in making the recovery time longer. Plus have the medicines and have everything served hot. Have hot water. If things are not improving , suggest you visit the doctor at earliest and look at the suggestions. Hope you recover faster. Take care!
