I Guess I Am in Trouble Again

I need to drink my medicine at 4 Am, and I should drink it 4hours without eating anything and coffee is not exempted. But I am drinking until 3 AM without me noticing it.
I have to move my usual drinking again from 4 AM to 7 AM to make sure that my stomach is empty.
Anyway, how are you guys doing?

Because that's medicine is more effective when your stomach is empty. I think most medicine for thyroid is like that. Thank you for asking. Have a great day.

Thank you for the advise, I think I am okay right now, I hope I can sleep early later. but I really enjoy sleeping late every Friday.

Yes, I read about it and its a cool thing to know. I hope I can go out later, but I think that is very impossible, coz you see I am still awake from yesterday and its already 4:43 AM. But I feel fine, I hope to get a 4 hour of sleep later, and I hope to grab an iced coffee later. God bless, enjoy the rest of the week, I can't believe its Saturday already.
