What's for dinner? January 17

What's going on the dinner table tonight? Do tell! After getting that nice little bonus today from all of the extra work I've been doing I decided to treat myself. I added 2 dozen fresh littleneck clams to my grocery order. My absolute favorite meal on Earth is linguine with white clam sauce so that is what I am making tonight. I use lots of fresh garlic and white wine. I even defy the Italian rule of no cheese with seafood. I can't imagine it without some grated Parmesan or Romano cheese sprinkled over the top. Yum yum yum. I cannot wait! Sooooooo good. That's what is happening here. What's going on your dinner table tonight? I want to know!

Oh wow, does that sound absolutely amazing. I don’t think I could go no cheese with seafood. I had chicken stir fry again. Not much to get excited about, darn it.

I love linguine with clam sauce. Only one of my four kids like it, so once in awhile, we have that together. If I were closer, I would be knocking on your door! So good.
