Do you use rechargeable batteries instead of regular batteries?

Recently I bought a battery charger. I was tired of replacing batteries. Here batteries are costly. Two batteries cost $2.I bought this hoping that I could spend less money. The rechargeable batteries are a bit weak. The remote control seems to work harder. It's not a big difference. I can't use those rechargeable batteries at all with my blood pressure monitor. The blood pressure is so low that it scares me. I have to decide if I will keep the charger or return it. The rechargeable batteries are very expensive, but if we charge them often enough we don't need other batteries. Have you tried to use a battery charger?

I do not think it is a good idea to use rechargeable batteries on blood monitor. You need to check on the product if it is even allowed. Rechargable battery usage are limited to certain products only. It works well with audio players and not sure on TV remote or any other remote. I have rechargable batteries for sometime. I was using them for my portable audio players. Rechargeable batteries quickly drains after 5 uses and qould take sometime to charge. The recharge battery charger usually have a led to show if the batteries are full charged or not. These batteries are great for constant use items such as players. For others , I would suggest see if there are electrically chargeable gadgets. If not , you may have to continue regular batteries. Good Luck!

Depends on the product. Rechargable batteries are a risk, because you don't know if they're getting enough charge. But there are some products that spessifcally say don't use rechargesable batteries.

I have used rechargeable batteries before, but I let Tom use tham, and he forgot they were rechargable and threw them away. Haven't replaced them, but still have the charger. Might try it again only I will make sure Tom doesn't use them.

i did, a long time ago and i remember i paid a lot for it and i could charge only one kind of battery, varta i think and i bought rechargable batteries too from the same brand. it was in the early 2000s. also, i had an experience that the charger started melting one time during charging and i gave up after that. you are right. batteries are expensive in general.

I did try to use a battery charger many years ago but it did not last long in recharging my batteries so i decided to buy cheap batteries at a local dollar store.
