Crystal Lake Illinois residents Kate Belmonte and her fiance David Nowak were sad to learn that their dog Charlie went missing from their home on Monday December 30 after the dog left his home during a foggy morning. The couple received help from a company named Dog Gone Pet Recovery used a thermal drone to locate Charlie. Dog Gone Pet Recovery had assistance from Mike who operate a company called SmithicAir who was able to locate Charlie who was located near Huntley and Ackman Roads which is about two minutes from the home on Sunday. Kate said that Charlie was hiding in tall grass. Charlie was taken to a local animal hospital for surgery to repair a broken leg.
