I Caught Something

But it wasn't the rat. A sweet little bird got it's tail feathers in there. I set it free and thankfully it flew away after a little bit. It was very scared at first. I have the traps set inside wire hoops now. Hopefully that will keep the birds out. I got three loads of laundry done today. I also mopped the utility room. The chicken coop has been cleaned. So I accomplished everything I wanted on this warm day. It felt nice outside until early this afternoon. Then the temperature started dropping. I am going to place an Amazon order for safer traps. My last ones broke like that. I will have to order something else to get free shipping. I am thinking some more DVDs. Hope you had a good day.

Someone put up a sign near our apartment mailboxes (years ago) offering a reward for their escaped pet rats. I was like,, whyyyyy?
