Nibbling

What I have noticed is nibbling several times in the day causes one to put on weight and not the quantity one consumes fewer times in the day. I am a nibbler and do nibble several times in the day and that perhaps explains why I do not lose weight What I eat is very little at a time. What I eat are snacks and perhaps it is those snacks that increases my weight, though in small quantities. What is your view on this?

I usually have fresh fruit as a snack at night and just good meals during the day.
