A Friend

A friend is someone you can talk to when you need advise or you just need to tell a secret to.
A friend will go places with you or share a meal with you.
My best friend is my husband. We go everywhere together. We go places and do fun things together.
How about you. Do you have a special friend in your life?
I hope everyone has a good friend in their life.

I have friends, some I would even consider 'good' but no one 'special' at the moment.

I do have friends to talk to . Just few of them to share the things close to your heart. Then there colleagues , close acquaintance , with whom you can talk the general topics and not much of the closer topics. Those relations may only be there for a limited time, for example till we work in a certain office or organization. I do have special friend to talk to. We speak about our challenges and inspire each other to get going with our troubles. Good to know your special friend is your husband. Not everyone has their husband as best friend. Well, good to know and read about your experiences. Take care!

I have my husband. He's very good. I have lots of acquaintances, some of whom I consider friends. But I don't have anyone close. I have my best friend. She's the one I've known the longest. We do try and do things together occasionally like a meal or a day out. We have a couple of other friends we'll meet up with when we can. There isn't anyone I'd confide in or go to for advice. I've never been that close to anyone, and I don't belong to any group of friends. Most of the people I know, I only see if they happen to be in the same place.

@jstory07 he's brilliant. I can talk to him about anything. It's just when he's getting on my nerves, I could do with having another person to talk to about that

Yes, it is nice to have a good friend. Sometimes pets can be good friends too, although other than meals they don't do the above.

I got married last year. I have many childhood friends as well. Some of them live here and some others in villages. I have been spending a quality time with them since my school days.

@Courtlynn is probably my best friend. Unfortunately we have never met in person but we chat online all the time. So nice that your husband is your best friend. I have never felt that with either of my husbands. Best friends aren’t mentally abusive.

I have a best friend and we have been friends since 4th grade. My boyfriend is my friend too.
